Port of Tauranga Limited
I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following areas are designated port security areas at the Port of Tauranga, the port facilities operated by Port of Tauranga Limited:
1. Mount Maunganui Wharves
All that port area within the fenced boundary beginning at the sea at Salisbury Avenue at the northern end, to Nikau Street, Rata Street to the western side of the railway lines running parallel with Totora Street to Maui Street to Tasman Quay to Hewletts Road and the sea in the south.
2. Sulphur Point Wharf
All that port area within the fenced boundary from the boat ramp at the northern end, parallel with Keith Allen Drive including the rail access corridor to Mirrielees Road and east to the sea.
