I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following areas are designated port security areas at the Port of Timaru, the port facilities operated by PrimePort Timaru Limited:
All that port area within the fenced boundary from
the Outer North Mole Wharf bordered by Unwin Road, Marine Parade, Port Loop Road, Ritchie Street to and including the No. 1 Extension Wharf.
