Ports of Auckland Limited
I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following areas are designated port security areas at the Ports of Auckland, facilities operated by Ports of Auckland Limited:
1. Main Port
All that port area within the fenced boundary from Queens Wharf, the entire length of Quay Street to Fergusson Wharf, Mechanics Bay but excluding Tinley, Tooley and Plumer Streets.
2. Wynyard Wharf
All that wharf area within the fenced boundary bordered by Brigham Street and Jellicoe Street and the sea.
3. Princes Wharf
All that wharf area within the fenced boundary including the entire berthing area and adjacent passenger terminal.
