the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following area is designated a port security area at the Chelsea port facility, Auckland, a port facility operated by New Zealand Sugar Company Limited:
The entire wharf area from the gates at the land end to the seaward end of the wharf.
