I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Chief Executive of the
Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to section 45 of
the Maritime Security Act 2004, hereby give notice as follows.
The following areas are designated port security areas at the Port of Gisborne, the port facilities operated by Eastland Port Limited:
All that port area within the fenced boundary bordered by Kaiti Beach Road to the east, the southern fence adjacent to Wharf No. 7 and Wharf No. 8 extending
to the beginning of the breakwater.
