New Zealand Gazette, 17 June 2004, No. 73, page 1761, in Schedule 2, Locations of Trial:
(1) for Sign B (d) replace the name "Greenwood Avenue" with "Glenwood Avenue"
(2) for Sign C (a) replace the name "Washdyke School" with "Timaru".
