2003/7: Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles
on State Highways in Transit New Zealand
Regions 1 and 2
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Second Schedule, after Clause 11 insert:
"The section of State Highway No. 10 at Kerikeri in
Far North District commencing at a point 970 metres generally south of the intersection with Kerikeri Road and extending in a generally northerly direction to a point 1080 metres generally north of the intersection with Kerikeri Road (Route Position 0/13.22 to Route Position 0/15.27); a distance of 2.05 kilometres."
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Board.
