Pursuant to section 70 (2) (b) of the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand Act 1989, I hereby approve the following
fee structure as determined by the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand as the fees which shall accompany an application requesting registration as a registered bank:
(a) The fee for an application to establish a registered bank that will be either a subsidiary or a branch of an overseas bank or a subsidiary of a New Zealand registered bank is $21,000.00 (G.S.T. inclusive).
(b) The fee for all other applications to establish a registered bank is $36,000.00 (G.S.T. inclusive).
