On 13 November 2002, TelstraClear applied, under section 20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), for
a determination concerning price and non-price terms in respect of the residential local access and calling service offered by means of Telecom's fixed telecommunications network, retail services and bundles of retail services offered by means of Telecom's fixed telecommunications network, and retail services offered by means of Telecom's fixed telecommunications network as part of a bundle of retail services (the "Residential Wholesale Application").
Pursuant to section 27 (c) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has made a determination on the Residential Wholesale Application in
so far as it concerns the residential local access and calling service, retail services and bundles of retail services.
