Pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following Civil Aviation Rule Part:
Part 61-Pilot Licences and Ratings, Stage 1 revision and reissue of the Part 61 rule (NPRM 04-02, Docket 2/CAR/1).
Submissions on the proposed rules should be forwarded to the Docket Clerk by 30 July 2004.
