It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 20 April 2004 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares those parts of State highway described in the Schedule hereto, and as more particularly shown on Plan LA31/11/1 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Napier, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
Schedule
In Gisborne, that section of State Highway No. 2 commencing at the southern boundary of Cliff Road at Te Karaka and proceeding in a generally south easterly direction to the southern boundary of Hill Road at Ormond (Route Position 416/0.00 to Route Position 429/0.88); a distance of 13.88 kilometres.
