Pursuant to Regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety,
I, Laszlo Andras Hidvegi, Senior Engineer Safer Vehicles Policy, hereby exempt the vehicle in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

(ii) The brake system of the vehicle must be maintained as specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
(iii) This exemption may be revoked at any time.
