Pursuant to section 71 (1) of the Legal Services Act 2000, the Legal Services Agency developed and adopted Criteria for Approval as a Listed Provider in February 2003 (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 January
2003, page 174).
The agency now gives notice of an amendment to the criteria under "Contract for Services" to include listed providers employed by the agency.
This amendment will be effective from 3 May 2004.
The Criteria for Approval as a Listed Provider, the agency web site and the provider manual will be amended to reflect the change.
