Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the West Melton Rural Fire District Notice Amendment No. 1.
(2) This notice comes into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rural Fire District Notice-The principal notice* is hereby amended by deleting the Schedule and inserting a new Schedule as follows:
"Canterbury Land District
The area comprising the West Melton Rifle Range (including all buildings and their environs, all ranges, and all field exercise grounds), being Lots 1, 2 and 3,
DP 79389, Res 2470, Res 41830, Res 1247, Res 14152, Res 1050, and Lot 1, DP 33532."
