on State Highways in Transit New Zealand, Regions 9 and 10
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Schedule after clause 7, insert:
8. That section of State Highway No. 1 that is:
(a) At Te Horo, from a point (Route Position 915/10.3) 150 metres north of Te Horo Beach Road and proceeding in a generally southerly direction to a point (Route Position 915/11.3) 450 metres south of School Road; a distance of
1 kilometre.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Board.
