In accordance with section 34 (2) of the Civil Aviation
Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following Civil Aviation Rules on 24 February 2004 which will come into force on 25 March 2004:
Part 125-Air Operations-Medium Aeroplanes, Amendment 4 (CAA Docket 2/CAR/8 - Terrain Awareness and Warning System)
Part 125-Air Operations-Medium Aeroplanes, Amendment 5 (CAA Docket 2/CAR/3 - Airborne Collision Avoidance System)
