Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
The Capricorn Trust, having its office at 248 Mulesworth Drive, Mangawhai, on the 20th day of December 1999, appointed Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers
and managers of the property of N.Z. Automotive Solutions Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of September 1998, which property consists of all freehold
and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
On the 1st day of December 2004, the receivers and managers resigned from office pursuant to section 29 of
the Receiverships Act 1993.
