Notice of Appointment of Substitute Receiver
and Manager
Notice is hereby given that Patricia Beverly Nathan, accountant of Auckland, was appointed on Friday, the
3rd day of December 2004, as a substitute receiver and manager of all the assets, property and undertakings of
the company pursuant to a general security agreement in favour of the Nathan Family Trust registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 9th day of February 2004.
