Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 29th day
of November 2004, I was appointed as receiver of
the property of the above-named company pursuant to the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 1st day of April 2003 granted to C.T.T. One Limited
(in receivership).
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the present and after acquired personal property of the company.
