Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Impact Print & Mail Limited on the 30th day of January 2004, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 20th day of December 2000 which was re-registered on the Personal Property Security Register on the 1st day of May 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
