Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a debenture dated the 29th day of October 2004 given by Richmond Harrison Holdings Limited in its favour, Michelle Anne Richmond and Neil William Harrison have appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the company.
This appointment commenced on the 17th day of November 2004.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
