Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 15th day of November 2004, Graeme George McDonald and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Auckland Financial Management Corporation Limited
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of January 2003, which property consists of all present and future assets, undertakings, revenue (including any right to receive revenues) rights, benefits choses in action and, if applicable, uncalled capital.

Explanatory Note: The company was placed in receivership on the 10th day of September 2004, by the appointment
of Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, both of Auckland,
as receivers and managers. Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands ceased to act as receivers
and managers on the 5th day of November 2004. The replacement receivers and managers are Graeme George McDonald and John Trevor Whittfield.
