Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on the 26th day of October 2004, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of Fern Cement Limited by Perry Group Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement registered on the Personal Properties Securities Register on the 23rd day of December 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the Fern Cement Limited undertaking, property and assets.
Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level Two, 127 Durham Street, Tauranga.
