Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Matthew Underwood, whose office is at 29 Friend Street, Karori, Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of September 2004, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Autobuy Limited.
