Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of The Building Depot Limited on
the 24th day of September 2004, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 1st day of September 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: All of The Building Depot Limited's undertaking, property and assets.
