Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of September 2004 at 10.00 a.m., Daran Nair, chartered accountant, of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Global Ecomex Limited under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 4th day of August 2000, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
