Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of September 2004, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of LFGK Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 6th day of November 2003 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
