Pursuant to the Receiverships Act 1993
David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 10th day of September 2004, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers (pursuant to a loan and security agreement granted by Coker Fruit Company Limited*) of all apples grown/harvested on the land leased or owned by Coker Fruit Company Limited, including any proceeds of those apples.
