Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of September 2004, Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Auckland Financial Management Corporation Limited, AFMC Services Limited and NZ Property Investors
Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 23rd day of January 2003.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the companies' present and after acquired property including all personal property.
