Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 31st day of August 2004, John Lawrence Vague and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, resigned as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of March 1999.
The position of receiver and manager has therefore become vacant.
