Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of August 2004, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of D & K Company (2002) Limited by order of
the Court.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
