Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Geoffrey Stewart Hatten, of Markhams MRI Auckland, Level Six, 369 Queen Street, Auckland, and Deryk Rowan Andrew and Ronald Bentley Brown, both of Bentleys MRI Sydney Business Recovery and Insolvency Partnership, Level Eight, Barrack House, 16-20 Barrack Street, Sydney, Australia, hereby give notice that on the 29th day of July 2004, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of NQF Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of August 2002, as varied by a deed of rectification dated the 17th day of June 2004.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
