I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of August 2004, I resigned as receiver and manager of Pakiri Farms Trust Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) ("the company"), as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 20th day of October 2000 issued by the company to Dimitiade Investments Limited and subsequently assigned to Fosmar Limited.
