Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Cyril Warren McKenzie, give notice that on the 14th day of July 2004, I was appointed receiver of all of the present and after acquired personal property of Wellington Holding Company Limited under a certain debenture in favour of South East Finance Pty Limited.
Brief Description of Property in Receivership: All of the property, assets and undertaking of Wellington Holding Company Limited.
Address of Receiver: Care of McKenzie Associates, Landsborough House, 287 Durham Street, Christchurch.
