Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 7th day of July 2004, I, Dennis Rogers, property manager of Wellington, was appointed receiver of income
of the property of Vincenzo Apartments Limited, at 327 Adelaide Road, Wellington, being Computer Register 463/333 (Wellington Land Registry) ("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
The Receiver of Income's Office Address is: Colliers International, Level Seven, 86-96 Victoria Street, Wellington.
