Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11 (4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of June 2004, I resigned as receiver and manager of Dell Farm Fresh Foods Limited and Cuisine Supreme Limited, as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 6th day of September 1993.
