Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Commercial Finance & Securities Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
644 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland, on the 11th day of June 2004, appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Pak Motors Limited (in receivership) under a general security agreement dated the 17th day of September 2003, which property consists of all the property of the company charged by the general security agreement.
