Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 Receiverships Act 1993
Dennis Clifford Parsons, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, gives notice that on the 10th day of June 2004,
he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the assets, undertakings and property of NZ Lumber Processes Limited, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 6th day of April 2004, in favour of S.H. Lock (NZ) Limited.
