Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Dennis Clifford Parsons, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, gives notice that on the 10th day of June 2004,
he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Orini Asset Leasing Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 12th day of December 2001, in favour of S.H. Lock (NZ) Limited.
