We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Paraparaumu Beach, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that we were on the 21st day of May 2004, appointed receivers and managers of all present and after acquired property of the above-named company.
We further give notice that on the 28th day of May 2004, we ceased to act as receivers and managers of all the property and assets of the company.
