Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on the 5th day of May 2004, Mitchell Agencies Limited appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, of Level One, 484 Main Street, Palmerston North, as receiver and manager of all the property of Klass Agencies Limited under the powers contained in the general security agreement dated the 27th day of June 2003.
