I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of April 2004, I resigned as receiver
and manager of Northland Shelf Company No 153 Limited as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 16th day of November 2000.
