Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11 (4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on the 20th day of April 2004, I resigned as receiver and manager of St Clair Park Village Limited ("the company") as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 26th day of June 2001, issued by the company
to Bridegcorp Finance Limited.
