Notice of Appointment of Replacement Joint Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 9th day of April 2003, Rowan John Chapman and Shaun Roger Nixon, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed to act as joint receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company. The appointment was made pursuant to the powers contained in and conferred by a registered debenture dated the 18th day of December 1982.
On the 21st day of April 2004, Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed to succeed Shaun Roger Nixon, as joint receiver and manager of the company.
Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker will work in conjunction with Rowan John Chapman, who was previously appointed to act as joint receiver and manager of the company on the 9th day of April 2003.
