Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 30th day of March 2004, Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed to succeed Ross Vincent Carley, chartered accountant of Auckland, under powers conferred by a registered debenture dated the 8th day of May 1979 and registered in the Companies Office at Auckland on the 20th day of April 1988, as receiver and manager of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
