Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On the 8th day of April 2004 at 10.45 a.m., Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company under a security interest dated the 21st day of December 1989.
