Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of April 2004, Grant Stephen Jarrold and James Bruce McAlister, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Aytons Limited
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a registered general security agreement dated the 10th day of December 2003.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its assets
and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
