I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on the 1st day of April 2004, I resigned as receiver and manager of Precision Hearing Limited ("the company") as appointed under the registered deed of debenture dated the 20th day of December 2000, issued by the company to Commercial Factors Limited which was assigned to Phonak New Zealand Limited on the 11th day of July 2002.
