Gary Traveller and Richard Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Puriri Harvesting Limited on
the 22nd day of December 2003, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 21st day of July 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Twelve, 113-119 The Terrace (P.O. Box 243), Wellington.
