Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that John Andrew White, of Invercargill, has been appointed by Invest South Limited, pursuant to the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 15th day of July 2003, as receiver and manager of all the property charged by that general security agreement.
The date of appointment of the receiver and manager is the 22nd day of March 2004.
A Brief Description of the Property in Receivership is
as Follows: All of the present and after-acquired personal property of the company, and all of the company's present and future rights in relation to any personal property as defined by a deed of general security dated the 15th day of July 2003.
